Bangladesh Without Orphans Roundtable Fellowship: Strengthening Collaboration for Family Care

On 31 July, Bangladesh Without Orphans hosted a meaningful Roundtable Fellowship for caregivers, child ministry workers, and ministry leaders serving vulnerable children across Bangladesh. More than 30 participants gathered for a day of encouragement, discussion, and shared learning around one central vision: that every child should grow up with the love, security, and belonging of a family whenever possible.

The fellowship created a warm and participatory space where leaders could listen to one another, share experiences from their work with children, and strengthen relationships across ministries. Conversations focused on the realities facing vulnerable children in Bangladesh and the importance of working together so children and families receive the support they need before separation becomes the only option.

One of the most encouraging outcomes was the shared commitment expressed by participants. Together, caregivers and leaders affirmed their desire to work side by side in promoting Family Care and Kinship Care throughout Bangladesh. This commitment reflects the heart of the World Without Orphans movement: local leaders collaborating so children are protected, families are strengthened, and children can remain connected to family and community whenever it is safe and possible.

The gathering also deepened fellowship among those who carry similar burdens and hopes for children. For many, the day was not only about strategy, but also about encouragement. Leaders were reminded that they are not walking alone, and that stronger relationships can lead to stronger care for children and families across the nation.

At World Without Orphans, we are grateful for how God blessed this gathering and for the growing unity among caregivers, child ministry workers, and leaders in Bangladesh. As relationships continue to deepen, we are encouraged by the hope that this fellowship will strengthen the Bangladesh Without Orphans movement and support greater collaboration for children and families in the days ahead.

Together, these leaders are taking practical steps toward a shared vision: children in Bangladesh growing up in safe, loving families and communities, with the support they need to thrive.
