Lubo serves as the WWO Global Coordinator for Ambassadors and Teams
Having been involved with the leadership of WWO since 2015, Lubo loves to share the Father heart of God through serving, mentoring and coaching, He is a "voice for the vulnerable child and family" in global Christian networks. As a part of WWO's Senior Leadership Team Lubo is involved in facilitation and collaboration within the WWO movement and is also involved in the Global Children´s Forum and Global Family Alliance network development. Lubo is passionate about growing the capacity of national leaders and regional teams and seeing nations collaborate to solve the orphan and vulnerable child crisis in their own local context.
Lubo brings over 29 years of ministry experience, with a background of working in the context of both churches and Christian organizations. Lubo served as a pastor with three evangelical churches, as CEO of Nehemia - a mission and charity foundation, as the general secretary of the Evangelical Alliance in Czech Republic, and with the consulting firm, Headwind Consulting. A native of Slovakia, Lubo lives with his family and beloved Labrador in the Czech Republic.
