Melissa Grasso is the senior leader of Empower, the women’s ministry at Northlands Church. For more than 30 years, she has served in various ministry leadership roles. 

Melissa is passionate about empowering others to walk in their God-given calling and praying for their healing. Known for her bold and unwavering faith, she encourages, equips, and instills faith and hope in people to believe that God is for them. 

Melissa is a devoted wife of 27 years and a mother of four. She finds joy in spending time with her family, traveling, and creating culinary masterpieces for friends and family. Her heart is for others to be seen, known, and loved fully by God.
