Pastor Marcos Vergara has been a Pastor for 20 years in Paraguay. Since the day he was born again, he has had a relentless focus on the most vulnerable children, families, and people. About 25 years ago, God revealed to Marcos his heart for children who are aborted and abandoned, as well as his heart attitude and calling for active hope for the Church.
Marcos has served in the VIVA Network Ministry. After the 1st WWO Global Forum in 2016, he collaborated with other leaders who were similarly called to start the 'Paraguay Protects Families' Movement (PPF).
Marcos serves as Vice President of the Evangelical Churches Association of Paraguay (ASIEP) and as coordinator of the Children's Commission of the Latin American Alliance. He has also served as Secretary and Representative to the World Evangelical Alliance for two years.
Through Marcos' service, the local, national, regional, and global church has heard God's call to loving action that brings hope to vulnerable children and families.
