Karen Grace Paul

Founder and director of CDFIN (Child Development and Family Impact Network)

The Child Development and Family Impact Network intervenes to positively impact the trajectories of those with adverse childhood experiences by collaborating with childcare homes, juvenile rehabilitation networks, migrant children, street children, and underprivileged schools. CDFIN imparts essential social, emotional, and ethical skills to care homes, schools, and colleges, laying a foundation for a brighter future.

Beyond direct intervention, CDFIN ensures that professionals, including NGO directors, social workers, educators, parents, and medical personnel, are educated on the profound impact of trauma on children.

CDFIN integrates counseling, suicide prevention, and psychological first-aid training into its holistic approach.

The organization's legacy is one of compassion, actively training and helping to build capacity in other entities, creating a ripple effect, and amplifying positive change in child development, family impact, and mental health support.
