J. R. Lynn Johnston

Co-founder and President, LAMb International

Lynn has delivered training worldwide in the areas of psychological trauma, leadership, management and child welfare. Since 2003, he has conducted training and consultations in over 40 countries, including India, Botswana, Ethiopia, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Nicaragua, Nepal, Thailand, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Brazil, Ecuador, Russia, Argentina, Paraguay, Canada, United States and more.  

Lynn is the former president of the Ontario Secondary School Teachers Federation—Canada, where he managed a team of leaders and mediators representing over 3,500 teachers. He worked in the educational field as a teacher, counselor and administrator for over 34 years. He is a co-founder of International Leadership and Development Centre (ILDC) Ukraine and a co-founder and president of the ILDC in Kyrgyzstan.  

As a family, Lynn and Ruby have six children (one adopted), eleven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Lynn is a keynote speaker, consultant, mediator, and teacher. He is certified in reality therapy and holds a degree in mathematics and physics as well as a specialist degree in counseling.
