Today 350 children in Uganda have the opportunity to receive better care and healing for trauma thanks to 70 caregivers and leaders in the country who want to see children safe and unhindered by past trauma. They attended the Child Ambassadors Camp that was organized by The Alliance for a Uganda Without Orphans (AUWA) and its partners a few weeks ago. Held at Dove Nursery and Primary School Bulika in Uganda, the camp offered TRBI ( Trust Based Relational Intervention) training to families and leaders who care for children. The camp also provided educational activities and ministry for children ages 8 to 17.
