Ruby and Lynn Johnston, LAMb International and WWO Executive Team Member (Ruby), have worked tirelessly for years to help build capacity globally so that regional and local leaders are trained in Trauma Competency, Safeguarding, and other areas.

They have also invested in Master Trainers around the globe who carry the same passion to train care givers, social workers, and other leaders who work with children so they are better equipped to provide the help and healing traumatized children need.  

This year 73 organizations with 169 leaders were trained across the globe. That adds up to an indirect reach of over 9,000 leaders and care givers who now have the tools they need to help the children in their care
