Richard Procter serves as the Leading Coordinator for World Without Orphans’ European Facilitation Team. He is the adoptive father of two daughters and was involved in shaping the Home for Good national initiative in the UK from its inception. Having previously worked in Ukraine and Kazakhstan, Richard has rich experience in cross-cultural communication and leadership. He is a leadership and strategy coach who now applies his family and work experience to the goal of seeing Christians in every European country collaborate to ensure that every child can be in a safe, loving family and able to reach their God-given potential.
