Nikita lives in Pune, India and is currently working as a content catalyst for Ergon Labs, a gospel-centered content creation lab based in Texas, USA. She graduated as a dental surgeon from Christian Dental College, Ludhiana, and practiced clinical dentistry for two years in and around Pune. In this period, she became closely attached to Pandita Ramabai Mukti Mission, a home for women and children on the outskirts of the city. Here, she later served as a resident dentist and health strategist.  

Because of her interest in research, Nikita went on to pursue a master's degree in medical sciences with a specialization in global health from the Karolinska Institute, Stockholm, Sweden. After that, she worked in the field of scientific communication as a researcher and academic editor for four years.  

Nikita has always been involved with social impact organizations, but her close attachment to Pandita Ramabai Mukti Mission and the women and children there spurred her missional calling toward the field of creativity and communication in young gospel communities. Since 2023, she has worked on creating digital learning experiences on topics such as mental health for networks and organizations within the Christian ecosystem in urban India. 

Nikita believes that creativity and communication are God-given tools for the church worldwide to effectively reach the young today. She hopes to be an instrument for God’s praise and purpose in these areas.
