Kit Tso

Born in Hong Kong, Kit emigrated to Canada with his family at the age of eight, returning to Hong Kong in 1997. Kit is a multi-disciplinarian who has worked in and ran businesses in the arts, music, hospitality, and construction industries before moving to the education sector full time. Kit founded SOSO Enterprise in 2018 and he is passionate about the unique worth of every child and their value to society and envisions a Hong Kong education system in which every child is challenged to explore and develop their unique talents and giftings, built on a foundation of being valued for who they are, not what they do. Since 2015, Kit’s commitment to seeing the value of children has grown and adapted as together with his wife Sue and their two children have become a foster family and have cared for five children over the past few years, from newborns to school-age children. They believe that every child deserves a family and believe that there should be enough families to provide a place to support and care for young mothers and children. Kit is passionate about the role of the community to care for vulnerable children and families in Hong Kong.
