Chloe Banks

Chloe Banks is a child protection manager at a local charity based in Hong Kong that serves children without families and pregnant teenagers. She spent seven years in China serving children in the institutional care system with special needs; and, she completed an MA in International Development at Tsinghua University, Beijing.  After her time in China, Chloe returned home to Hong Kong where she was born and raised.
She has work in a variety of roles for non-profit organizations and international development agencies in communications, fundraising, volunteer engagement, and research.  

She now leads a team to develop policy and training to integrate child protection into every aspect of the organization's programs.  Currently she is enrolled in an MA in Advanced Child Protection from the University of Kent. 

Chloe is an adoptive parent and has a three-year old son.
