Karla Marie Williams is an author, speaker and global child advocate. As the founder of iSpeak4KidsGlobal, her work has touched nine countries and counting. Her passion is to see children cared for by families in their own communities, not institutions. She trains and inspires foster/adoptive parents, social workers, and child advocates in trauma competent care for children that have experienced abuse, neglect, and abandonment. Karla serves on the board of Bethany Christian Services, a global child welfare agency. She and her husband are parents of six children via foster care adoption, whom they homeschool.

As a writer/author, Karla has written on foster care, adoption, sustainable missions, homeschooling, parenting, and Christian living. She is a keynote speaker and workshop facilitator at foster care/adoption conferences globally, homeschool conferences, women's conferences, and churches.
