Galina Schaefer is a Ukrainian foster and adoptive mother. She is a graduate of the Ukrainian Evangelical Theological Seminary and one of the authors of the Life Skills Curriculum. Today Galina works at the Orphan's Promise' office in Kiev in the Gift of Adoption project helping foster and adoptive families and people working with orphans to be more effective in serving children.
