Colleen is from South Africa and has served with various Christian development organizations globally for over 30 years. She spent her first five years in hands-on community development in the slums of South Africa. Her focus is Africa and the Global South. She is currently the executive director of Loom International (www.loominternational.org) and is passionate about capacity building among grassroots practitioners. Colleen has lived and worked on three continents and lectures internationally on various subjects including critical thinking, biblical justice, and economics. Colleen has a bachelor’s degree in African theology and a master’s in global development and justice.
